Swing into summer with Adaptive Golf—designed for individuals with disabilities to learn, play, and enjoy the game in a supportive setting. Whether you’re new to the sport or looking to sharpen your skills, each session offers personalized instruction and adaptive support.
Adaptive Golf is held every Monday morning at the Minot Family YMCA. This program offers adaptive participants the chance to enjoy and improve their golf skills in a supportive environment. Whether new to the sport or with some experience, participants will receive personalized instruction tailored to their needs, building skills and confidence.
LEGO Club offers children with special needs ages 5 and up a fun and inclusive environment to build, create, and connect. Hosted in the YMCA Community Room, this weekly club features engaging LEGO-based activities designed to support fine motor skills, visual-motor coordination, visual perception, problem-solving, and social interaction. Participants are encouraged to bring a friend or sibling to join in the fun.
Little Gritters Sports Camp introduces adaptive participants ages 3 to 6 to a variety of sports and movement activities. The camp is designed to help young children explore sports in a supportive environment, with adaptations that make participation fun and successful for all abilities.
