Adaptive Gymnastics Registration Open
Adaptive Gymnastics at Gymagic Gymnastics provides athletes ages 3–16 with an inclusive environment to build balance, coordination, strength, and confidence. Classes are adapted to each child’s abilities and are one of Prairie Grit’s most popular entry points for new athletes. Seasonal events such as Night of Stars are included as part of the broader program experience.

Holiday Adaptive Skate with Minot Parks
Holiday Skate is a festive adaptive skating session held in partnership with the Minot Park District. Participants can enjoy time on the ice with family and friends in a welcoming, accessible environment. This event immediately precedes the Park District’s Movie Skate, offering families the option to stay and enjoy an evening of community fun.
Participants may use traditional skates or adaptive sleds, and assistance is available to support skaters of all ability levels.

EASTER EGG Splash
Bring the family for a unique Easter egg hunt experience—right in the pool at the YMCA. Join the Prairie Grit Adaptive Heat, designed for children with disabilities and their families. This event offers a supportive and inclusive environment where kids of all abilities can dive into the fun. Each child will enjoy 5 minutes of egg hunting followed by 20 minutes of open swim time.
Each participating child will receive a prize bag, making this a memorable Easter celebration.

Prairie Grit Holiday Party with Officer Al Schmidt
The Prairie Grit Holiday Party is an annual adaptive celebration for children with special needs and their families. The event features crafts, holiday treats, pizza, and sensory-friendly activities. Officer Al Schmidt joins the celebration each year to share safety information, explore his squad car with the kids, and distribute small gifts. A sensory-friendly Santa is also available for families who would like a calm, supported holiday experience.
