Adaptive Gymnastics at Gymagic Gymnastics provides a supportive environment for participants of all abilities to develop strength, coordination, and confidence. The program is one of Prairie Grit's most established offerings and is often a first entry point for new participants.

Participants work with trained instructors on gymnastics skills at their own pace. Those interested in competition may have the opportunity to participate in the HUGS division of USA Gymnastics, with a HUGS meet and state competition held each season.

Registration opens each September for the full year. Registration is through MinotGymnastics.com. Participants who have not completed a Prairie Grit consent form in 2026 are required to do so. Consent forms are available at prairiegritsports.com/join.

Session Details

• Cost: $15 per month | HUGS division: $100 for the season

• Eligibility: Adaptive participants ages 3 to 16

• Location: Gymagic Gymnastics, Minot, ND

• Class time: Saturdays, 1:10 p.m. to 1:50 p.m.
