Adult Sled Hockey

Adult Sled Hockey offers adults ages 18 and older the chance to play sled hockey in an inclusive, competitive, and fun environment. Open to both adaptive and able-bodied athletes, this weekly session focuses on skill development, teamwork, and community. Participants will have open ice time to practice, scrimmage, and enjoy the game.

All sled hockey equipment, including sleds, sticks, and protective gear, is provided.

Session Details

  • When: Wednesdays, 8:45 – 10:00 P.M. (starting in October)

  • Where: MAYSA Arena, Minot, ND

  • Cost: Free

  • Eligibility: Ages 18+, open to adaptive and able-bodied participants

  • Required: Participant consent form
