Adaptive Gymnastics at Gymagic Gymnastics provides a fun and supportive environment for athletes of all abilities to develop strength, coordination, and confidence. This program is one of our most popular offerings and is often the first step for athletes joining Prairie Grit Adaptive Sports. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice gymnastics skills with trained instructors. Additionally, gymnasts may have the chance to compete in the HUGS division of USA Gymnastics.

• When: Fall sessions run October–November; Winter Session is January - April

• Where: Gymagic Gymnastics, Minot, ND

• Cost: $15 per month plus processing fee (registration per session)

• Eligibility: Adaptive participants ages 3–16

• Required: Participant consent form
