Adaptive Curling provides participants of all abilities the chance to learn and play curling in a supportive environment. With adaptive equipment and trained instructors, athletes can experience this winter sport whether standing or using a wheelchair. Sessions emphasize teamwork, skill development, and fun.

• When: Fall start, runs through winter (dates updated annually)
  2026 Dates (From 3 P.M. to 4 P.M):

• Where: Minot Curling Club

• Cost: Free

• Eligibility: Adaptive participants ages 6 and up

• Required: Participant consent form

Participants should wear warm, layered clothing and clean, rubber-soled shoes. All curling equipment is provided.
