Prairie Grit’s Adaptive Dance Camp is held each summer at the Minot Family YMCA. The camp is open to adaptive participants ages 5 to 15 and focuses on movement, music, and social connection in an inclusive setting.

Participants learn basic dance steps and group routines while exploring creative movement. The camp encourages physical activity, self-expression, and peer interaction, with adaptations to support all abilities.
